Registration fees cover access to all scientific sessions, the welcome reception, daily catering, and coffee break refreshments. Participants from China should complete payment in CNY (¥); participants from all other regions should pay in EUR (€).

To be considered for a poster or oral presentation, please submit your abstract during registration. You will receive a confirmation email from us regarding your registration, presentation acceptance, and designated format.

Schengen Visa Information: If you require a Schengen visa to attend the symposium, please contact us after submitting your registration to request an official invitation letter. Please note that if you have not previously held a Schengen visa, an official invitation letter certified by the Slovak Foreign Police may be required, which incurs an additional €35 administrative processing fee to the Slovak government.

To complete your registration, please proceed with the payment process below. Once your registration is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. Unpaid registrations will receive follow-up reminders.
